Dubbo, NSW flashing lights Tonight at 9:43 pm in the sky above Dubbo, there was an unusual scene. One light flashed six times, around ten seconds in-between flashed. As bright as the brightest star. Another light traveled slowly towards Sydney and flashed but around half as bright as the first light. I am sure it was not a plane or satellite, I have seen many of these. But then it could be? Very strange travelling lights is all I can write.

While driving to Sydney at 5 am on the 7 September 2017 on the M1 approximately 20 km south of Waterfall, NSW I saw a green coloured object on my left. The object was at high altitude and descending rapidly, after 20 seconds it was gone. Would the radar systems at Sydney airport have picked it up and if so do they hide it from the public?

Saw a star slowly move, then switched directions slowly, then went directly above me. Then it just went full blast and flew so fast I doubt it was a shooting star. I laughed to myself thinking it was a Star Wars ship as I had watched the Force Awakens a few days ago, this was pretty weird.

I have seen a black triangular shape on the bottom right of the moon. I always like to look at the moon and noticed this odd shape and thought what the hell is that, as looks like would be pretty big.

I have a second sighting to report and this one occurred in July 2016. I was driving to a takeaway shop about 6 pm in Seven Hills, NSW. When I left my house, and drove down the hill, I instantly saw a large disc object that was fully glowing and it had blinking light underneath the body . It was an orangeish glow and I estimated about the size of a semi trailer truck. I followed it around a bit in my car and about 5 kilometres from home. I filmed it twice at two locations. After three minutes of filming it it vanished. I was gone for about 20 minutes but my wife said I was gone for more than an hour. I really struggled to upload the video to my computer and the film being three minutes long said it was 60 minutes long. The PC kept crashing but I kept trying to upload it from my Samsung phone. Then tried to upload to Facebook but they kept rejecting it saying the file was too large. I managed to get it up on YouTube and found that two other YouTube users filmed the exact same thing. One person was at a different time but the same craft. I am glad I caught in on film but it has puzzled me ever since.

On Thursday night, 1 June 2017 about 8 pm, I was driving on the M4 motorway heading towards Penrith, NSW. I noticed the moon looked odd because there seemed to be a gigantic black triangle in the corner of the moons sunlit part. It was not a cloud and seems to be stationary with the moon. I would estimate it to be orbiting the moon (how it looked to me) that would make the object several hundred kilometres across. This scared me, and I took a photo of it. About three weeks later my friend and I both noticed the same object in the exact same position in front the moon. I have no idea what it was, other than it was a huge gigantic black triangle in front of the moon. It was like a piece of the moon was missing. I had seen it again after that but have not seen it since July 2017. Also the moon phase was incorrect for the dates according to the moon phase calendar.

On the 29 September 2017 at 01:30 I noticed a very strange red/orange light over the Blue Mountains. I'm not sure of the exact location as I saw it from my appartment building in Chatswood. The light was large, shaped like a right-angled triangle and was stationary. It was not a bushfire/backburn as there was no smoke, all day or the next morning. There was not a cloud in the sky so it was not the moon setting behind a cloud. Probably the strangest thing I have ever seen. I stared at it for about 5 minutes and then went back to bed. I looked for it subsequent nights at roughly the same time, but nothing. Would be interested to hear if anyone else has seen this.

Tonight at 5.50 pm my daughter called out to me to come quickly and look at something. When I got out to the back she pointed out an orange light moving across the sky, heading south above what would be the lower blue mountains. It was moving fairly slowly just below a cloud, horizontally, following the cloud line. Eventually it went behind the cloud but didn't come out again. It was like it had stopped or changed direction. I'll be watched the sky a bit more after this.

Today, the 30 August 2017, while driving from Nora at 2 pm I was just past Burrill Lake and looked up and saw what can only be described as a UFO. It was about 600 metres above the road I was travelling on and seemed to glide quickly and silently across the sky. It was a bright sunny day and it looked like a silver disc shape/roundish object with a blue circling lights around the bottom. It must have been about 50 metres long, not sure how wide. It was headed towards Pigeon House Mountain. I could not stop to get a closer look as I was travelling at 100 km/hour. It went out of sight quickly.

Thought I was watching a brighter than usual satellite (no plane lights blinking) to the west. Watched it go behind a small cloud, but it didn't appear out the other side with the timing on the same projected path. Suddenly it shot to the south east from behind the cloud in a blink and a half! So amazed!

29 August 2017 at 9.45 pm. Went outside to close a leaking tap. I looked up to the cloud covered sky and saw what I thought appeared to be spotlights circling around the clouds. Watched for a while as they danced on the clouds. There were about 20 of them. Thought it was the airport shining lights to alert planes. Suddenly they stopped. As I proceeded to go back inside I looked again to the sky. I saw what appeared to be a gigantic semicircle of light. The light slowly faded into nothing. Waited to see the dancing lights but all was quite again. Weird!!!!!

Last night 27 August at 11 pm I saw a crazy huge streak of the brightest object falling on angle from sky at Maroubra Junction while looking towards Sydney! Afterwards my eyes had a faint line almost burnt into my vision. I was amazed how bright it was, though not affected by city light pollution. Have spent the last 24 hours searching internet and hoped some one else had seen it. I strongly believed is was not a meteor as for years living in the Blue Mountains where on clear nights I would often see meteors. At least this is not a Korean missile or plane crashing, would be news.

On the 12 August 2017 my mum and I were at Tywyn in West Wales, UK watching the clear night sky for the expectant meteor shower at around 11.45 pm. After seeing a couple a great meteors a strange object appeared, no noise, and slowly went over the top of us. It was absolutely huge, it was not a solid looking object or circular, it was like a craft out of Star Trek. It appeared to be transparent, like it was cloaked and the sky around it looked weird, like it was vibrating. It's hard to explain, but we both described the same object! It was an amazing experience, that I will never forget.

Tonight I saw something that can't be explained. At 9.35 pm I saw two objects in the sky. Each object had two lights on the front. One headed towards the ocean the other in my direction. They were low, much lower than a plane. They looked like a drone or something? The shape was hard to define but I assumed it was round. As it passed closer I heard a sound similar to a fighter jet. This was strange.

Last night, 12 August 2017, my father and I saw the strangest thing fall from the sky. My sister was preoccupied looking at the odd orange moon, but meanwhile, as I sat in the front seat we saw a bright blue bell shaped object fall from the sky. It didn't appear from high up, it just popped out of no where, in the middle of the sky. I can't find anything like this object online.

Hi guys, just saw six small objects at about 4.15 pm on the 12 August 2017 over Newtown, NSW. It was a near clear sky with a feathering of clouds and a 747 had just flown by high overhead. Just behind the contrail of the plane I noticed the first of the objects. I say object as it was as small as a faint star, orbish, and moving sluggishly across the sky, at what seemed to be above the level of both plane and clouds. It was high up to the south and moving in a north-easterly direction. It was followed by five more similar objects (round is all I can describe as this was seen all with the naked eye). They were so faint, in fact, my wife only spotted one of them after much pointing and persisting. They moved not in any normal formation I've seen, nor were they in line as you might expect from migrating birds. They were staggered and steady. Indeed the last two were really far behind the first four. I cannot claim they were not high altitude jets, or drones, paper bags or weather balloons. But whatever they were they did not move like any other craft, or avian life, that we usually see under the flightpaths here. It would be interesting to hear if anyone else spotted them, or even better, knows what they are. Thanks for reading!

Began blinking, on and off for about 20 seconds and then vanished? Probably some space junk burning up when entering our atmosphere, but certainly made an interesting view!
