What were the three flashing lights in the sky over Taree at 5.50 pm earlier tonight? They were moving from west to east very slowly. The lights moved only in one direction, left to right, at same interval, then a longer break (my son said they might have been going round in a circle), then the same again. They all moved together away to the east and each light seemed to be closer to the other as they got further away. There was no noise and no green light which would indicate a plane. They were only just above the rooftops.
