Unfortunately, I do not have exact dates but it happened in either September or October of 2018 around the time 2 other reporting's in Penrith were recorded here in the guestbook. I was driving westbound along the Western Motorway (M4) in the evening and noticed something unusual looking on the left-hand side between Erskine Park Road/ Roper Road and Mamre Road exits. Closely above a residential dwelling was an idle disc shaped object. It was fairly large, thick, shiny and dark grey in colour and of metal structure with red lights flashing inside inconsistently. No noise was coming out of the object. The disc was positioned approximately 1-2 metres above a single storey dwelling. From memory, the next evening, I drove past it again on the left-hand side and got a better look. A few days later when I next travelled along the M4 it was gone! I was once told, that UFO's may only show up in the vision of those who are open into seeing them and/ or a selected few... maybe true, maybe not in all cases but I still wonder if anyone else out there saw what I did.
