It was approximately 6:30pm, Tuesday, 4th of August 2020, on a pretty clear night, the sun had already set. Approximately 30 degrees up from the westerly direction, a bright white/ blue light was flashing (the size of a star) at consistent intervals for a good few minutes. My brother was standing beside me and was convinced it was a plane. I totally disagree. For the fact that it was the same size and brightness as nearby stars plus it was fixated in the same position. I definitely believe it was something else. During that time, a plane flew from under that direction going upwards (with red and blue lights flashing). On the other hand, the light was still in the same spot flashing.
