In about July 1995 about 8 pm at night, I stepped out the front of our house for a smoke and I looked into the sky due north. I said to my wife, 'Have a look at those three stars, look how bright they are,' then we realised they were moving in our direction. They were heading south in a triangle formation. My wife was that scared she screamed and ran inside, I continued to watch, it was massive the approximate size was two football fields long and one football field wide at the back. It was triangular shaped with three very bright lights at the front and two at the back. I watched it move overhead and block the stars behind it. It was approximately 500 metres from the ground. It was black and had grooves, like channels running down the three sides. I continued to watch it as I walked around the house. I stood in the backyard and watched it move in a straight southerly direction towards Kurri Kurri for approximately five minutes until it disappeared out of sight. I'm 100 percent certain I observed this and I hadn't consumed any drugs or alcohol. The first thing my wife said when she saw it out the front was, 'It's a UFO.' There was no sound coming from it. Over the years we've never forgotten about it. I can still picture it, like it happened last night. It was amazing and I've never spoken about it. The more I think about it I could have seen writing or diagrams on the front end of it. This is the whole hearted truth. Thank you for your time.
