Pane Andov is an internationally recognized lecturer, author, astral traveler, and esoteric teacher with thousands of students worldwide.

The main goal of this lecture is to understand interdimensional reality and how to gain conscious access to dimensions beyond the physical.
Pane will give his best to pass on valuable knowledge about everything you need to know about astral projection.
For those who are not familiar, the term “astral projection” refers to an out-of-body experience during which the astral body leaves the physical body and travels into the Astral Dimension.

With thousands of self-induced out-of-body experiences, many years of ESP training and remote viewing experimentation, Pane will provide the fastest and most effective techniques on how to achieve a very advanced level of astral travel.

As Pane will explain, the Astral Plane is like a ‘Cosmic Terminal’ 
Imagine the Astral Plane as a huge hub or airport without walls.

Pane describes civilizations that no longer live in physical form, but in energy planes and their preparation for merging with the Cosmic Super consciousness.

In regards to other dimensions, The Astral is just one layer.
Pane will discuss the 7 main levels (dimensions), and their own specific laws.
Which dimension you go to depends on your frequency. Level 7 (Source) is the Highest Frequency. Return to pure consciousness, where we all came from.

In his lecture, Pane will  explain how to achieve high vibrations and avoid the lower layers. He also gives advice if you encounter dangers in the lower layers on how to avoid them.
The propaganda about the ‘Dangerous Astral’ and not to train astral projection, serves to prevent you from realizing that you are already there.
A part of you has never left the Astral.

If you realize that you can travel through dimensions. while alive, you lose the need to rely on external authorities, religions or Matrix technology.
You become a cosmic citizen, not just a ‘resident of country X’.

Pane Andov is one of the most radical and detailed modern researchers who views the Astral Plane of existence not just as a “spiritual journey,” but as a high-tech and energetic map of liberation.
His approach is a blend of ancient gnosis, quantum physics, and direct experience and here’s how he explains the key concepts:

1. The Astral Plane as a ‘Simulation within a Simulation’
Pane argues that what we call the ‘Astral’ is actually a layered energy system that surrounds the Earth.
He makes a clear distinction:
Local Astral: This is the layer that is controlled by the Matrix. It contains projections of our fears, religious beliefs, and “traps” for souls.
True Cosmic Astral: Only when consciousness breaks through these artificial layers (barriers) does it emerge into the true, unlimited Astral that is connected not only to the rest of the galaxy but to the entire universe
2. The concept of ‘Loosh’ Energy and Farm
Pane agrees that humanity is in a state of amnesia because its energy (emotions, especially fear and suffering) is used as a resource.
Energy Parasites: He describes in detail the entities that maintain the Matrix and explains that they cannot withstand the high vibration of a conscious person.
Awakening: For him, astral projection is a survival tool.
If you do not learn to project consciousness while you are alive, at the moment of death you will be disoriented and easily drawn into the process of “recycling” (reincarnation with memory erasure).
3. The Pineal Gland and ‘Internal Energy-Biological Technology’
In his books, such as “The Awakening”, Andov insists that the human body is actually a sophisticated biological computer with built-in multi-dimensional portals.
He explains that through specific breathing techniques and a focus on the pineal gland, we can generate enough energy to “break through” the membrane of the physical world.
4. Astral ‘Wars’ and the Truth about the Moon
Pane goes a step further than most astral travelers by claiming that certain objects in our solar system (like the Moon and Saturn) are actually extraterrestrial artificial installations that emit frequencies to maintain the Matrix.
By traveling to the Astral, he claims to have seen these installations and that evolved consciousness is the only thing that can bypass them.
5. What does Pane advise to do?
His philosophy is sovereignty. No gurus. You are your only savior.
Fear is an illusion: When you encounter any being in the Astral that tries to command you, you must know that you are Consciousness, an inseparable part of the source, and that you have full power over your reality.

Pane Andov believes that astral travel is the process of ‘hacking’ the prison in order to see the true nature of freedom that awaits us outside the frequency cage of the Earth.
