 rt\nSecretary’s report\nMinutes of the last AGM\nTreasurer’s
  report\nNomination for committee positions and voting by members\nAppoint
 ment of 2017/2018 committee members\nAny other business\n\n2 to 3 pm\n\nAn
  UFO documentary will be presented.\n\n3 to 3.30 pm Afternoon Tea\n\n3.30 
 pm\n\nDoug Moffett\, our Media Spokesperson\, will talk on the sudden rele
 ase of extra-terrestrial (ET) related scientific publications over the las
 t six months.&nbsp\; This in conjunction with a global spike in UFO report
 s may be a pre-curser to an ET led disclosure.\n\n\n\nThe meeting is free 
 to attend for members and non-members.\n\nThere is free parking beneath th
 e club.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;The West Ryde Railway Station is near the club.
