The meeting will commence with the Association’s 2017, Annual General Meeting (AGM).

 The meeting agenda is as follows:

President’s report
Secretary’s report
Minutes of the last AGM
Treasurer’s report
Nomination for committee positions and voting by members
Appointment of 2017/2018 committee members
Any other business

2 to 3 pm

An UFO documentary will be presented.

3 to 3.30 pm Afternoon Tea

Doug Moffett, our Media Spokesperson, will talk on the sudden release of extra-terrestrial (ET) related scientific publications over the last six months.  This in conjunction with a global spike in UFO reports may be a pre-curser to an ET led disclosure.

The meeting is free to attend for members and non-members.

There is free parking beneath the club.  The West Ryde Railway Station is near the club.
