On September 26th 2005 at 8:45pm was sitting outside star gazing on a 180 acre property just north east of Byron Bay, NSW, AU - At first thought I was seeing the pulsating light from the Byron Bay coastal lighthouse which had to be false as I was looking directly west, the BB lighthouse is directly south. - Moreover, this strobing light became more prominent not far above the horizon. Next, a huge UFO rolled out of the clouds into view. The object was approx'ly a football field in size 'at least' and 500 meters away. It slowly rolled 360 degrees three times and then returned into the cloud formation in the same manner. - It had 'at a guess' 30 rectangular bright windows around the edge of the craft, perfectly semetrical...the middle of it had a bright white 'orb type' light at it's centre. I sat a little longer in awe as this appeared to me as real as the back of my hand. A moment later it did the same thing, but this time it stopped and tilted on its axis, ie., I could see it from a side profile. The first observation was akin to looking up at the bottom of a dinner plate...so to speak. - The following 'side profile' view was akin to tilting the plate horizontal to the eye. - There was a 'bulb' structure at its centre with a mosaic of smaller brightly lit windows around the 'bulb': at the bottom of the 'bulb' of little lights was a bright glowing light. It hovered in that position for a while and then tilted back and rolled slowly into the clouds. I watched for a while until the glow of light behind the clouds dissipated. I sat in disbelief for five minutes or so and then entered my studio and sat at my piano with the weirdest feeling, ie., a compounding sense of sadness and euphoria. I then made detailed drawings of the craft. Then, things got very weird in deed. My 'then girlfriend' claimed strange 'beings' were entering our house and carting me out of the house via the front door. I should add my 'then girlfriend' had worked in a conservative 'medical' field for some time...not an 'out there' sort of person. Enough said for now.

Meeting at Central Coast was as expected - fabulous.
We had Charlie - complements of Babette, a crystal skull with attitude no less. In Babs words he will turn black when in the presence of dense objects.
Another enlightening astrology lesson. The last one predicted accurately the Iceland Volcano, this time there will be more activity - but in a different form (political, financial, ???).

ORANGE GLOW AT SEA. Sussex Inlet NSW 11/05/2010 330am-clear night no cloud no storms-i saw large orange glows on horizon at sea-turning off and on and moving left and right-i called second witness and we likened it to volcanoe eruptions at sea-continued for 30 minutes until we dismissed it as distant lightning and went back to bed-dont think it was lightning though-anyone else see this?

11th of may at approximately 530pm i was fishing off the rocks with my cousin when we saw a large yellow/orange light off shore hovering around the ships at sea. The light broke into 2 lights then back into one light. The light would fade out then re appear in close proximity to where it was last seen. It did not flash like an aircraft. It made no sound. It was still clear and looked like a very large star. This kept on going for approximately 30 mins.
Any1 see the same thing? It seems that alot of people are seeing the same yellow/orange lights around horizon off the beaches and around the ships.

Just saw two weird sightings in wollongong. first was at 5pm on sunday first of may. Jet stream only starting from high altitude decending. saw a glowing orange object at front of streams. looked like somethin entering our atmosphere possible meteor however why the jet streams, there should of been jet stream all the way up if it was a jet, shouldnt have just started on a decent. Second at 8pm, my girlfriend called me outside. circular looking craft flying at a low altitude passed over our house. There seemed to be no noise and seemed to be gliding? i guess is the best way to describe. When it passed over had 6 lights in circular pattern flashing like strobe at individual intervals. As they were even placed in circle hard to believe it was a plane with wings, also as was so low i should have been able to hear some engine noise. came from front on and seemed to be moving at a tremendous pace. There has never been a plane fly over head especially so low and that size as we are 100km from international airport and it is the other direction of which the craft was heading

Thursday 22 april 6.25 pm. LARGE light moving over wollongong at about 2000 feet. About 6-7 times larger than any commercial aircraft in the sky at that time.

Was seen by second witness in central wollongong. Object literaly vanished into thin air-no strobes, nav lights or noise.

reappeared 3-4 minutes later off shore. Appeared to fly over coal carriers. Two shut off all deck lights. Object moved very low near horizon-came towrds shore and vanished.

Lots of dogs barking, alarms going on. Any other witnesses?

When Google does change its logo it is usually for something special like St Patricks Day. This time the news is a buzz with the question why have they done this now, do Google know something we don't?

Google uses a FLYING SAUCER and Crop Circles in it's logo. Tuesday, 15th September 2009, Google has put a Flying Saucer and Crop circles in its logo without any explanation.
This was only visible across the Pacific rim and not in the US, UK or Europe. Interesting stuff here.

Last Friday night we woke to see a very large bright and pulsating orange/tangerine ball of light moving slowly and silently under the storm clouds over Mollymook Beach. In our vision from the window it was about the same as an orange in front of your eyes so pretty big. It was 2.06 in the morning and it was lighting up a large area under the clouds. We live on the ocean front and the object was very close and very very bright. It seemed to be surveying the coast line or that's what it felt like. We were mesmorized. After doing some research, it seems that this same ball of light/craft, has been seen all around the world in multiple appearances. The object was moving in a northerly direction and sounds very similar to the one seen from the tourist park at Ulladulla.

Possible UFO may be a flock of white birds south bound, high and fast V formation appears to have merged or have been obstructed by clouds possibly flying higher than white cloud formation? Number off objects approx twenty give or take 5.) White dim no sound no lights. Almost perfect < with top part having what appeared to be 10 to 12 bottom part 8 to 10. viewed for in between 15 to 30 seconds sight of view from ground 40 degrees to 45 degrees from my right first seen in Northerly from the direction of Sydney CBD) direction heading South . Lost sight after I saw the flock or formation enter cloud cover. at 35 to 40 degrees to my left or South direction. I tried to take a photo with my mobile phone but I do not think it worked.
Question. Do Geese or Storks fly at night time and do they migrate or have flights south at this period of year? Very fast and what appeared high flight altitude and speed? NO trail exhaust vapour or fumes, no sound. Only what appeared to be natural reflected light of the white/light grey surface of the objects NO artificial lights.There was an aeroplane at the far end of the horizon, West south west heading in an easterly direction?

Its happening now,from at least 9.20 p.m to now 9.51p.m thursday night,the 8th of april,2010,saw a light due west of Bellimbopinni north of Kempsey nsw,the light was observed to go on and off at a random pace,equal to 20 seconds or so,staying stationary,to the horizon.

On the 06 March 2010 at about 10pm whilst staying at a caravan park/camping ground on the South Coast of NSW, near Ulladulla, a group of us consisting of adults and children, observed 7 Orange orb-shaped lights high up in the sky.

The lights were round in shape and reasonably bright and they were silently flying in a row, one behind the other, slowly at first then speeding up before disappearing over the horizon.

There weren't any navigation lights at all flashing with these objects and there was no Jet Engine or any other noise coming from them.

Strange? - Yes. UFO's - don't know? I'm sure there's an explanation. Anyway, I'd love to know if others saw these lights...

Hi at 22:00hrs 0n the 10/Feb/2010 I was out on my patio looking at the moon. A bright white glow had captured my attention as it came over my house towards the sea that was east over the Royal National Park south of Sydney. The strange part was that it would go fast then slow and after a few minutes when over the sea went down very quickly. It was bright white and had a very bright white flashing light above it. We have many aircraft pass over and this was nothing that I had seen here before.

I was driving home at around 12.50am on the M5 / Hume hwy between Ingleburn / Campbelltown on 5th Jan 2010 and in the distance this bright white light was in the sky not moving. I found it extremely bizare and slowed down. It then moved very fast in different directions. As it hovered over, i could see many circular bright lights around 30 in a straight, retangle line) with big wings. It hovered slowly for some time before disappearing. I actually saw this bright light from M5 at liverpool before it made its way to campbelltown. Could it possibly be some top secret govt air force project?

Last Sun around 15.00hrs my husband, two kids and their friend were in the car heading towards Wattamolla beach, in the Royal National Park, on the rough road on top of the mountain that has a fantastic view of the horizon meeting the ocean .My daughter + me were in the front of the car when we saw looming in front of us, on the horizon a unbeliveably large bright white object with two triangle shaped protusions inverted into the sea! We yelled and screamed and found the boys asleep in the back seat! Nothing could wake them. Hitting, yelling etc. We continued to drive along towards it! However we felt strangely calm but were aware that something wasnt right! The size of it was gobsmacking! It basically looked like an upturned canoe shape along the horizon with the inverted triangles cutting into the ocean. The sky and water were light blue so the glowing whiteness of the object was stark, looked like it was cut and pasted there! We got to the part of the road where it went down to the beach and lost sight of it! Then the boys woke up! and of course didnt believe us! also it was weird that they slept so deeply! my husband being a backseat driver and all! My daughter and I feel we were very lucky and priveledged to see it! However she feels a little weirded out too... Thanks for listening, my hubbie won't

DRIVING OUT OF BONNYRIGG MY SON NOTICED WHAT HE CALLED A THING IN THE SKY SO WE I LOOKED AND SAID OH YES THE CLOUDS LOOK REALLY FLUFFY TODAY AND HE SAID NO THAT THING IT'S JUST SITTING THERE, SO WE ALL LOOKED AROUD TRYING TO SEE WHAT HE WAS LOOKING AT WHEN WE STOPPED THE CAR HE POINTED AT IT. IT WAS???? WELL NOT A PLANE BECAUSE IT WAS JUST STILL AND DIDN'T LOOK LIKE ONE AT ALL, IT WAS DARK SILVER/GREY AND KINDA OVAL, WE DROVE DOWN THEN TO THE PETROL STATION ON ELIZABETH DRIVE IN LIVERPOOL TO FILL UP AND I STEPPED OUT OF THE UTE AND LOOKED FOR IT AGAIN AND YES IT WAS, SO WE DECIDED TO DRIVE BACK HOME 4 MIN AWAY AND GET THE BINOCULARS BY THE TIME WE GOT HOME FOUND THE BIN/LARS WE LOST THE OBJECT? WE DROVE AROUND A BIT TO TRY AND FIND IT TO GET A PIC BUT COULDN'T FIND IT??? SO I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IT WAS SO IT WAS AN UFO. THAT WAS ON THE 23 OF AUGUST 2009

Saw three sightings 10 yrs ago over my house. All in the space of about 2 weeks. One in particular was a saucer shaped silver metallic craft that seemed like it came from a 50's sci-fi movie. at about 4pm i saw what i can only describe as a zero degree entry into the earths atmosphere. trailing a plume of fire behind, quite a sight. then it hovered for a while and then slowly headed out towards the blue mountains. I posted a sighting over The Entrance on April 1st 2008. Ever since seeing what I reported last year, I have had doubts about what I saw. Ever since then I have been checking the skies constantly. I didn't see anything like I did that night until last week. I can't remember the exact day either Tuesday May 12 or Wednesday May 13) in the early hours of the morning (about 2am) I had just finished working on a Uni assignment when I do what I do every night and look up in to the sky as I am closing up the house when getting ready for bed when I saw something... I have a good view over Tuggerah Lake being able to see from Chittaway across to The Entrance. On this night I saw something staying still in the sky over Toukley. It was emitting red ng lights. I am not sure if it was my eyes playing tricks on me but I am sure occasionally there was a beam of light like a spot light emitting from the source which lit up the sky for a short distance (similar to the beam of light you see from a lighthouse). I can see the light from Nora head lighthouse and this light was no where near it. I watched it for more than an hour when I fell asleep. When I awoke the sun was up so I don't know what happened to it. Ever since that night the sky has been cloudy so I haven't been able to see any stars in the sky in that direction. I wanted to confirm that the lights were no longer in the sky before reporting this. Last night was clear enough at 1am to see the stars over Toukley and the lights were no longer there. This in my mind rules out this was a bright star in the sky.

Hi,does anyone know where the best sightings for ufos in nsw are, I read once that the south coast is a good spot for sightings, other countries have there hot spots, or is it because they are man made?also i am sick of fake videos, listen to credible people who have witnessed ufos, check out the ufo press conference,its quite amazing, these are the people to listen to, or the astronaughts that know about government cover ups, in Australia we dont get any news of sightings, but in other countries they do, why is this?

Early this morning, around 3am, I was in a taxi traveling home from Terrigal. We were passing through Ettalong when I looked out the left window when I spotted a orange ball of light high in the sky. It appeared to be moving horizontally across the sky before it began to descend. It didn't seem to be traveling at a very high speed. As it descended it seemed to burst into a fireball and descend more rapidly until it broke into about 3 different visible pieces. My friend was sitting in the back seat with me and she asked me if it was a shooting star. I have seen many shooting stars and this wasn't one. Unfortunately as I was in the car, I wasn't able to tell if there was any noise coming from this object. I assumed that it was a meteor of some kind but after having carried out some minor investigation and having read these stories I realised that there have been many sightings of orange "orbs" around the central coast area and along the east coast of NSW... Strange.

In late October 1976 I was aboard HMAS Melbourne heading down the NSW coast for Sydney. I was on duty in the Operations room about 3.00 AM when we picked up a UFO contact on radar. It approached very quickly from the east until about 10 miles distant on our port side, where it remained stationary for about 40 seconds. It then left, back in the same direction it came at tremendous speed. Four of us observed it and agreed it was a true contact.
We had just completed an exercise with the RAAF and USN, and no F-111 or F-14 Tomcat could approach anywhere near the speed of this object.

1994 aprox. last sat june or first sat july....We were going to my sisters place at Campbelltown nsw, travelling from Fairfield Heights nsw.My brother in law was turning 30 yrs old, B.B.Q was to start around 7.30-8pm, we got in car to leave Fairfield around 6pm...drove down Sackville st, towards Canley Vale. Sitting at red traffic lights,I say to my husband , 'are the street lights moving ahead'. Thinking that the amber coloured street lights for fog ,are moving up and down, aprox 12 amber lights. My husband had blinker on to turn into Hamilton rd,to go to Cumberland highway, turns blinker off, we decide to go straight ahead to Canley Vale ,as we realise these lights are something unusual.We stop near creek and park and watch these lights ,they go from 12 to 4, then there is 12 again, they disapear.We head back to Cumberland highway,talking as we travel, about these strange lights.They looked about soccerball size,oval shape.As we get to red traffic lights at Cabramatta rd & Cumberland highway, again we see these lights, 12 again.This intersection is very busy and we notice other poeple looking up at them in cars around us.Amber lights moving,there is 12 ,then there is 4.There is 12 again ,then there is 3,they are moving sideways ,up and down ,we watch them as we travel towards Liverpool,going past Cabramatta golf club ,they are in a line of 12 again, then there is 1,it seems slightly larger,they disapear again.Heading towards Campbelltown from Liverpool now, we are silent,thinking about these lights.We are now near Glenfield, we see this bright amber ball in sky in front of us,we see cars near us pull over,we do the same.I say to my husband whats wrong with the radio,as it goes to static...say to my husband to drive car again as we feel scared, as the amber light is on our left, over bush,it is closer...my husband starts car after several goes.We see light go from a big ball, very close to moving away at a fast speed , then it is gone. We are shaking as we travel to my sisters house.We arrive at my sisters house ,everyone has eaten, my sister says we are late ,it is around 9.30pm, we left at around 6pm , even stopping twice , we should have been there by 7.30pm, it normally takes around 50minutes,to get to my sisters house.We tell my sister and our friends about the strange lights,they say ,have you been drinking, we say no, we have not even been to get any drink for B.B.Q yet, they look at us ,as though we have lost the plot.We are shaking as we tell them these lights scared us.My cousine then arrives ,she had not been there when we arrived, she had been sent to bottle shop, to buy some catons of beer, as she had only had 1 glass of wine...they ask her, what took her so long? she should have been back ages ago, She also is shaking, says she was at bottle shop, when poeple there said look at those lights in the sky, she discribes them as we already have. My cousine has been gone over an hour, the trip to pick up beer at bottle shop ,should have been around 15mins.Our family & friends at B.B.Q still give us strange looks, at least we know that someone else seen them ,and we are not going mad.We drove home that night arriving back around 12.30am , getting out of our car I say to my husband , look there is a shooting star in the sky, he turns around ,but it has already gone, then I see another and another ,3 in total, my husband misses them all. He thinkis I am mucking around, because of the events earlier in the night.I tell my mum about it the next day...She says she read the sunday paper ...and that it has been reported by lots of poeple. Other poeple had seen it also...but paper reports that ,it was Ingleburn Army Base , they had several weather balloons up the previous night.We don't believe they were balloons...several years later...living at Merrylands, watching TV local vision chanel 43 at the time , Mum , husband and myself are watching a programme on ufo sightings in Australia, they discuss sighting around Berowra Waters & on the coast, then they speak to poeple who had sightings ,the same night as us, they seen the lights over Woodville rd, Yennora...we are shocked as we hadn't thought about this in some time...We often tell our friends about our experience, but we always get odd looks. Did anyone else see this?

I'am asking anyone to come forward if they have seen a ufo over the Canterbury Race Course NSW in early 1968. My family witnessed a large cigar shaped object descend through clouds over Ashfield, move over the water tank at Ashbury, then hover of Canterbury Race track. It stayed over it some time before making a 45 degree tilt, sliding back up through the clouds. I remember few days later some locals at Campsie were startled one morning to see a large ufo in the middle of the race track. The story did run in the local paper. This happened in about January 1968. Are there any takers? I'd be interested to know?

On tuesday 14th may driving home I saw a white streak thinking it was sun reflection as the sun was setting. I pulled over to watch as I began to see it move slowly across the sky ,it looked like a white tube with a long tail As it moved it went behind cloud and as it came out the other side it was black but still with its tail.It was traveling to slow to be a plane It was NOT a plane or anything I had seen before. Saturday 3rd may 2008,

Witnessed a large bright orange ball of light travel from the south for bout 30 seconds, then headed west sharply, gaining altitude and disappearing out of sight. full duration of event, 90seconds

Thought it was a large star or plane @ 1st, but was clearly neither.

it was easily at least 3 or 4 times bigger than the brightest star in the sky, and equally brighter. and there was an absence of flashing lights (as with most aircraft) and as the light changed direction, the intensity of the light didn't diminish as you would expect.

Hi, My husband and I have just witnessed something we have never seen before. About 7.45pm my husband was walking our baby to sleep in our backyard when he called out to come outside. I looked up to the sky and saw 2 bright orange objects travelling across the sky, in unison it seemed. Then to the left, we saw another one - however this one seemed at lot lower and closer, with a huge fireball burning. It seemed like it was going down in the sky not far from us. There was no noise with any of them...was very quiet. We couldn't work out what they were. The other 2 travelled across the sky and seemed to stop in the distance and hover around the same spot for about 2 minutes. We lost sight of one of them, but we witnessed the bright orange glow from the other one extinguish and then we lost sight of it. We have never seen anything like it before and really have no idea what was going on. We are interested to find out if anyone else saw what we did or anything similar on Friday 11th April 2008. We live in East Maitland NSW. Was so excited to read the posting by Dennis!

Friday night 11/4/8 at about 6:30 in East Maitland I saw 2 orange lights coming out of the east and flew directly over the village of east maitland. Another guy accross the street saw them as well. There was no noise. They were not flashing, and they were flying side by side. However you could notice they wre independent. I was not like to care headlights, but rather like to motorcycles side by side. I watched them as the headed west. I drove home,(5 minutes away). My wife and I stepped out onto our back deck which faces north west and you could still see them. they were smaller and now further apart. They were still orange. Then one left the other one and started to head down while the other one headed up, then we could not see them any more. The whole sighting lasted about 12 minutes. They did not look like airplane or chopper lights.
I am excited about this as it has never happened to me before and I am 62 years old.

I didn't see that one on the 30th however I did see something very strange over The Entrance last night the 31. Watching from the other side of Tuggerah lake I could see clearly what was happening. There was a stationary aircraft emitting multicoloured lights (appeared to be red, green, white and perhaps blue occasionally). The thing that was even more strange was the occasional blinking of what appeared to be other stationary aircraft. If you imagine a clock face, this multicoloured aircraft being in the middle, the other aircraft seemed to be in a circle around it almost at each number around the clock (ie there were approximately 12 other aircraft). The one at approximately 10 o'clock was visible all the time, the others would blink every now and then with no real pattern. This was at approximately 9:30pm - 10:30pm on March 31st 2008. I fell asleep watching them and when I awoke at approximately 2:30am I couldn't see them in the sky anymore. If they were stars they would have moved across the sky to the west however, they were simply not there any more. I'm no stranger to UFO sightings, back in 1990 I saw a UFO over Berkeley Vale which was very low to the ground, it was emitting a red and green light and looked as though it had a football shape. It hovered without a sound, I passed directly below it, it was almost like an air baloon but being 8:30pm in winter I could only see the outline. It moved between Berkeley Vale and Wyong (in a westerly direction anyway) and back again for hours before disappering. I had the same tense feeling last night as I did back then, something tells me that what I saw last night was similar to what I saw many years ago.

Last Night, 30 March 2008 my husband and I were walking at Sanremo NSW on the lake about 6.30pm when we noticed what looked like a comet in the wester sky - traveling north. It was moving slow and had a tail, another fisherman said he thought it was a plane letting out fuel to start with but we watched it for half hour and it was a long way away and was to slow for a plane. It eventually disappeared over the horizon. Did anybody else see this?

I used to live on a farm way out in the bush in the Mid-North Coast area of NSW, and my husband and I have both seen a few unusual lights exhibiting strange behaviour from time to time. I'm prepared to accept that these may have been weather balloons as I have had one of those crash into our dam. But about ten years ago i was driving home, travelling NW along a quiet, open, straight stretch of road with no street lights or other vehicles, at about 11pm having just finished work. I was concentrating on the road ahead as there were often wallabies and kangaroos on the side of the road, when in my peripheral vision I saw something in my rear view mirror. When I looked, I saw 7 orange triangles in the sky, in a neat formation of 3 above 4. They were very bright but with clearly defined edges - the light did not seem to 'bleed' into the surrounding darkness, making me think that these were 7 individual objects as opposed to lights or windows on a single object. This stayed behind me for about a minute until I reached the end of the straight where the road curved to the right, and entered a heavily forested area with trees hanging so far over the road that they blocked the sky almost completely from view. I was quite afraid, and glad to lose sight of the object/s. I never saw it again.

I'm not sure if the orange colour was from the object/s or because there was a lot of smoke and dust in the sky from recent bush fires; they could have in fact been any shade from white to yellow or possibly pale grey, as I recall the moon being quite orange at the time. Other than my husband I have told very few people about this as I didn't want to be ridiculed. It's a shame there are freaks and fakers out there whose lies and fantasies make people believe there have been no genuine sightings. I don't know what I saw but I know it wasn't a plane or helicopter.

Seth Lewis - I saw exactly the same thing along the flats at Freemans Reach as I was heading home in the afternoon. I thought it may of been RAAF planes dumping fuel, but at the time I did think it was very strange and unusual.

UFO Research (NSW) Incorporated acknowledges that the previous group treasurer Ms Elizabeth Budek had been subject to criminal proceedings and received in a court of law an 18 month suspended sentence with unknown conditions attached. The group currently has no contact with Ms Budek and are unaware of her whereabouts. Members of the committee represented the group in a professional and responsible manner and the overall membership agree that the group is in fact much stronger and focussed as a result of this incident. The group has also been incorporated to provide membership with structure and process so that any possibility of similar situations arising have been addressed, also there is a responsibility now for the committee and membership to exercise due dilligence in its operation. About 5-8 weeks ago (July - August 2007) on a Sunday evening around 7 pm I observed an object the shape and size of an airship ascending above the eastern slope of Mount Keira travelling slowly in a westerly direction with green and orange lights glowing alternately from within the craft. It dissappeared into low cloud above Mount Keira within about 5 minutes. Has anyone else observed this?

Grafton in NSW has large rings of fire that frequent the distant sky. A lot of these are pranks by local kids but more and more recently I've been having a feeling like something isn't right.
I remember things that haven't happened, and sometimes remember things that are going to happen.

This is probably some form of psychosis or something but since I have "for no reason" gotten an interest in looking up UFO's all of a sudden and I keep having fleeting memories of aliens in my house and this stupid feeling I am being watched or someone is standing behind me.

This all stemmed from one day (I remember it clearly) when I was looking up at the sky and I felt like the sky was actually not the sky but a glass bubble and there was something behind it.

Weird and crazy but thats me I guess.
I needed to get that all off my chest. I honestly do not believe I was taken by aliens, I credit my 'flashes' and experiences to societies power of suggestion but still, it seems real to me never the less)

HI, I know this prob isn't a UFO as such but I have just seen a fire flying through the sky. from Willow vale NSW heading south/South East. Wasn't that high up, lower than plane4s would normally fly over us but I could tell it was an actual flame that moved quickly from over my place in the directionn indicated. It was moving rapidly in a striaht line and juding by the speed it was visible for many km's. It wan't an afterburn as it wasn't shooting striaght back but was more a camp fire like. Any ideas? Just seen at 7pm 1/09/07

To Seth, i live in the grose wold valley and i can say there is alot of activity lately up here, i have tried to video these unidentifieds but each time i zoom in they seem to know and vanish only to appear again once i try focusing again?? ive not seen any series of 5 lights although what i see is beyond what we have as far as aerobatic manouvering and dead silent, as soon as i can get good footage i will be forwarding it to the blue mountains ufo watch group. The snowball is fast growing and i wonder how many people take time to look upwards and see????

Approx. two weeks ago I was heading home through the turf flats near Windsor with my three year old daughter when we saw five yellow/orange lights appear in the heavily clouded sky. It was just after sunset and the sky was really dark from the clouds. The five light were in a row on around a 30-40 degree slant. the lowest light to the left was very small and the highest light was the largest and brightest. The lights in the middle followed this trend. as they appeared in the sky they uniformly swept up and to the left before dissappearing from sight. Around 5-10 seconds later the same lights appeared hundred of meters to the left but in the perpendicular arrangment with the smallest being in the bottom right position and the other lights in a higher more to the left position. These lights were exactly the same as the first ones seen and they swept up and to the right (opposite to the first) before dissappearing again into the sky. That was the end of the sighting. At first i thought maybe they were flares but the movement of the lights goes against what a flare wound do. Did anyone else in the Hawkesbury area see anything that resembles this account? It was visible over the top of Freemans Reach above where Gorricks Lane winds up into Freemans Reach around 5:30pm.

UFO Sighting- May 5th at about 6:30 to 7:00 pm in Wollongong. I was chatting to a friend on a street in Corrimal (a suburb in Wollongong) when he noticed a orange light floating across the northern sky. He assumed it was a helicopter. But we changed our minds when we heard no sound. We watched it. It eventually stopped moving and stood still, and began to fade. It reached a point where it could not be seen. Shrugging it off, my friend and I parted ways and I went to wait at the Corrimal Train station for the next bus (buses replaced trains). I sat, in the gutter, waiting for the bus when I turned my head to the northern sky and saw two orange lights this time. They seemed to be in a slow dance of sorts and the lights seemed to be in some on/off display. They eventually faded out at about 7pm, by which time I had caught the bus. Can anyone else confirm this sighting? Or Can tell me what these lights were?

I was just relaxing on a chair outside looking at the stars. It was a lovely night,a great night to be outdoors.I have been getting into a bit of astronomy lately, just working out how everything works. This night I spotted three satelites and a few spectacular pieces of space junk burning up.
I'm always on the look out for unusual stuff but was not expecting this. I sighted an object the size of a car about two streets away and about twice as high as the single story houses.It moved about 60 k/ph. No sound.
It was not luminated itself which was something I have not heard of before. However it picked up some light from the moon which was behind me. I ran out to try and keep it in my view but trees got in the way.

My daughter and son-in-law, called my home last friday night march 9 2007 around 7 pm central. Very excited and dumb founded by a sighting of a "HUGE" Triangled shaped object.
The object was observed at tree level, moving slowly within minues "less than 5" the object took off and was out of their vision.
This happened in North East Mississippi...did any others see this?

sighting; 7 march,12:00-12:30ish,overcast,full moon, saw very bright orangy-yellow light (fiery through binoculars) in lower sky just hovering,thort it was a star but it was too low in the sky,about 5 mins of watching it just faded to nothing but it wasnt clouds covering it,5 mins later it reappeared up and to the right,and stayed still silently, came back outside 12:15 was still there by 12:30 or so it was gone,it was weird probably the lowest in the sky i've seen one,for some reason i was scared, usually i get good spiritual feelings- .....replying to ufor yes i would like to attend your meetings, i for the last year or 2 have developed a vast intrest in the subject and have had numerous sightings,when i get sum cash i'll sign up 4 membership,if you could email me the sydney meeting times wud be appreciated, xrsize@gmail.com ...

In May 1982,I do not recall the exact day or date. I had a close up daylight sighting of a huge, classic disc shaped flying saucer. Four of my neighbors also saw it. I reported it to the police, but nothing came of that. After all these years, I decided I want to let the sighting be known for whatever good it might do in the search for truth. I was living at 55 Normandy Dr. Piscataway, N.J. at the time. It was at 8 pm and at that time of year the sun is low in the western sky, but the sky was bright and clear. I usually went out back at this time to watch the sunset. My yard ended at railroad tracks and power lines that went east and west. Across a field on the opposite side of the tracks, I had a view of the Watchung Mountains in the northwest direction from the yard. It was a cloudless clear sky, I was facing due west. The sun had just gone behind the mountains so it did not obstruct my vision. After a while I noticed a small object in the sky coming from the west, not far from, and paralleling the power lines. It was coming directly towards me. I thought nothing of it at first. As it got closer I noticed it had an odd shape. At first I thought it was a hot air balloon. But, as it came closer and grew larger, I could see that it was in the classic shape of a flying saucer and was metalic silver (or grey) in color. It came almost directly overhead and it had to be at least 100 ft. in diameter or larger. When it was nearly overhead, about 350 yards at its closest point to me, it made a near 90 degree turn and went north north east gaining in altitude as it went. I ran to get my neighbors. Four of them came out and saw the saucer, but only after it had gained some altitude and distance, so, they did not see it nearly as close up as I did. They were none the less amazed at what they saw because even when they saw it, it was plain to see that it was no known conventional aircraft. There was a small local airport not too far away and my house was under major flyways for the New York and Newark city airports. Usually at any given time you can go out and look up and see various conventional aircraft or jet trails in the sky. On this occasion, the sky was oddly empty except for one small private plane (about a two to four seater) coming from the direction (west) of the local small airport. The small plane came to a distance of about half way between me and the departing UFO. Even at these distances the UFO could be seen to be well over twice the size of the plane. The plane suddenly made a 180 degree curved turn about and flew back in the direction of the airport. I thought that was a strange maneuver. They may have seen the UFO or had been contacted by radio and told to clear the area. We watched the UFO until it faded from sight into the distance. At no time did we hear any noticible sounds at all coming from the UFO. If it made any sound at all it would have had to have been a low hum. Later on, I told other neighbors of the sighting. Naturally, they thought I was crazy. My neighbors who saw the UFO with me would not talk to anyone but me about it. To this day I regret that I didn't get any photos of the UFO. If I had photos to show as back up, it would have made it easier to report this sighting. However, others in the area may have also seen the UFO and photos may have been taken that may someday be made known. Or, may have already been made known. If so, I would like to know about it and, if possible, see the photos. I affirm that everything I have reported here is absolutely true.
